Special Cleaner
AC 600 is a special cleaner that is used to prepare surfaces for all AC coatings/sealers/primers. AC 600 special cleaner removes any separating substances resulting from acid contamination, grease contamination, dirt deposits and old coatings. AC 600 easily dissolves any remaining formwork oil in new precast elements or removed concrete elements. Limescale residues are easy to remove with AC 600 special cleaner. AC 600 special cleaner is applied in doses (min. 100 - 150 g/m²) to the pre-cleaned (e.g. with high-pressure water blasting) and still damp surface using a backpack sprayer. Leave AC 600 special cleaner to react for approx. 30 minutes, then remove the special cleaner and separating agents from the surface (e.g. high-pressure water blasting).
