Liability for content
In compliance with the general laws we, as a service provider, are liable for our own contents on these pages according to § 7 Para. 1 of the TMG (German Teleservices Act). However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG (German Telemedia Act), we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or saved external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activities.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remains unaffected. Any liability in this respect, however, only applies from the time we become aware of the specific breach of law. If we become aware of any such corresponding infringements, we will immediately remove such content.
